Research Summary: I conduct studies on developing new approaches to solve geophysical and engineering problems. My research interests center on developing and combining observational methods and numerical tools to understand the faulting processes, physical mechanisms of earthquakes, slow slip events, and tremors, as well as other related destructive geohazards. A complementary aspect of my research consists of seismic processing, image segmentation, machine learning (ML), and hydraulic fracturing.
